Easy Green Salad For Breakfast

Every day I want to share a simple yet delicious green salad for breakfast. The best part about this salad is that there is no dressing involved, so you don’t need any pickles or relishes. Try eating a salad with most of your meals, absolutely no dressings. This Easy Green Salad is so easy to make and goes great with every meal. There’s really nothing fancy about it, just that’s why I love it so much.

To make this salad, I start out with romaine lettuce, then lightly toss in baby spinach (or another leafy green salad), medium halved cherry tomatoes, and lastly I add some Alaskan King Crab meat (I use canned light meat). I then mix it all up with some mayonnaise, nutritional yeast, some lemon juice, and finally some ice cubes. Then I stick it in the fridge and it’s good to go!

As for the flavors – try one with your favorite flavors of mustard and olives, dill, or even curry powder. Or maybe you’d rather go with cilantro instead. Whatever suits your fancy, you’re in luck because there are tons of great recipes for green salads online, and they have tons of awesome flavor combinations. To save time, I would also suggest a side of toast with the meal – the great thing about this is you can make the toast the night before, store it in the refrigerator, and then heat it up later. Then your meal is ready to enjoy!
