Bodyguard Fitness Freaks? If you’re looking for a certain type of workout that has a much higher success rate then this is it. When it comes to getting fit in general and becoming fit in the area of being a bodyguard company London, fitness freak or whatever, it takes a lot more time than many people realize. It also requires a lot of dedication and often self-discipline to keep up with.

I am a Bodyguard Fitness freak and yes, I do sweat a lot! There is nothing wrong with it. In fact, there are some advantages to being a bodyguard. Not only do you get to enjoy some cool activities such as riding motorbikes, going scuba diving, camping and hiking, you also get to protect women and children who are helplessly exposed to the elements all day and night.

As a fitness freak, I have a few things I can recommend to help you improve your fitness levels. I am a total beginner so I recommend starting out with a boot camp. Get your butt off the ground whilst at the same time improving your core strength and overall flexibility. By using resistance bands and medicine balls you will strengthen those muscles you need to protect yourself.
